If making a connected product has never been easier, then why is it so hard?
OST will demonstrate a product that is in the market from a global commercial product company (that's right, we dare to do a live demo on stage).  We will do a technical deep dive into the cloud architecture the product is built upon.  Then, in an interactive wrap-up, we will poll the audience and discuss the hard organizational challenges our customers have been dealing with in taking real products to global launch, for example: issues of CapEx vs OpEx, technical team collaboration, justifying the need to leverage ONE platform, building on a cloud-native model that is foreign to the existing development team, etc.  It's one product from design, to build to data generation, to creating awesome customer experiences.  It's worth it.  But it's hard.
